Return & Exchange Policy
• Product Exchanges: We only accept exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect with proper unboxing video, and all original packaging should be there at the time of exchange.Unboxing video compulsory for return,exchange, theft,damage products.
• No exchange for size. Confirm your size before ordering.
• Returns & Cancellations: Once the item is sold, we don’t allow it. All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days with proper proof along with an unboxing video
• We do not accept returns or exchanges if customers don’t like the product and have a change of mind
Refunds and Store Credit
Cash refunds are unavailable. Approved exchanges qualify for store credit only.
Shipping Returns
Customers need to reship if the onerule team fails to pick the product.
Exchange Process
Exchanges depend on product availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, you can choose an alternative product or receive store credit.        The one rule team will thoroughly check the product once they receive the product in the warehouse. The exchange will be canceled unless the customer meets the exchange standard.

• Size Exchanges: We accept order exchange within 7 days of order receipt, subject to availability. Please ensure tags remain attached, the product is unaltered, unused, and in its original pack. Photo and video might requireded
